As 2011 has came to an end, I have looked back on all the families I've worked with, all the crazy wedding parties, all the lovely brides, and hilarious grooms.... and I am reminded by how blesesed I am. I have photographed 19 beautiful, amazing, spectacular weddings this year. Each of them with something crazy that happened that I can't forget or something that stands out about the wedding. So this year, I have decided to have a 'best of' to celebrate each wedding! You were all amazing, but there was just something that stood out to me more than anything. I hope you enjoy!

This month was filled with babies.... but this is definitely my favorite baby born in August. Why am I playing favorites? Well this little sweetheart is my nephew. Meet Dirks.

It seems like summer always seems to fly by so fast! August-November is my busiest time of the year, but this month I took a little time off to hang out with the family (I'll post pictures from that next). We had beautiful weather, but as always... its hot! However, wouldn't you rather be soaking up the sun than teeth chattering? Yep... me too. (If you said no, just shake your head for a minute.) So lets review a few of last months' sessions.....

Miss KR, beautiful as always... this chick will be modeling one day, I believe.

My neighbors got engaged! To celebrate, we went to the local airport and took a few shots with his airplane. Aren't they just too cute?

Another engagement session.... after rescheduling this session seriously like 5 or 6 times, WE DID IT!!! lol! Looking forward to the wedding guys!!!

And even another engagement session, we'll be photographing this gorgeous vintage style wedding in October.... actually the day before the engagement session above! lol

This is little rocker chick totally melted my heart! She was the best sleeper ever! We got so many great shots and plus I got to squeeze her a little. :)

This little wild child kept us on our toes with all his smiles and giggles.

Little E man has the most hair and longest eyelashes I have ever seen on a newborn baby!

A few more seniors.... Miss D brought along her little sis to make some great sibling pics.

Tiffany told me how much she loves the color yellow, so we found some great yellow wild flowers, sunflowers, and even found a cool yellow bug! (not an insect.... a car. lol)

Omgoodness... Isn't she so gorgeous? I swear I could have photographed her forever.

The other baby photographed this month... yep! Thats a sweet little smile!

This month also came with three weddings! Here is wedding #1! The Englands!

This is wedding #2, the Adams Family! Beautiful wedding set at Wills Creek Winery!

And finally wedding #3! Mr. & Mrs. Burgess got married at Val Monte in Guntersville. Congrats everyone on the babies, engagements, weddings, and graduations!

So here's what I've been up to this past July... this is much easier posting one image from each session. ;)

Bravo to each of these for with-standing the hot sun with me. Lots of photoshop was involved and including sweat rags, water bottles, air conditioning in between location changes, bug bites, dog bites, crying, barking, bribery, and a little compromising. All in all.... a good month!

Welcome to the world little man

So my big brother is the assistant fire cheif at the Crossville Fire Department and his beautiful wife is expecting their first baby. Little Dirks is due to arrive around the middle of August and we just cannot wait! Here is their video of their maternity session we did this past weekend. I hope you enjoy watching it as much as I enjoyed making it. I love you, Dusty & Holly!!! Can't wait for my little nephew to arrive! :)

I realize I am constantly behind on blogging, but its because facebook makes it so much easier, plus there's less to say. I totally love you guys, but I'm so bad with words! I love each session individually, but my memory begins to fail me when I need to start writing. So I'm just gonna post a couple of pictures from each of my sessions I've had within the past few weeks. LOTS of engagement sessions! Congrats all you brides!

This is Adam and Brittney... they were totally up for anything for their engagement session, so I asked if they'd mind to lay in a creek for me and after sweating our butts off, they happily agreed! Gah, I want those blue eyes! Look for pictures of their wedding in October! :)

Meet Cody & Anna.... Anna has worked with me so many times and it was such a pleasure photographing with her again. I was tickled to meet her future hubby to be and to get to hang out with them all over my favorite town! Looking forward to the wedding guys... just a couple more weeks!!!! Ekkk!! I'm excited!

Meet the Browns! You may recognize the curly brunette bombshell... we did her engagement session just a few weeks prior. They are a goofy family wanting some pictures of the whole family before Sonya gets married and officially leaves the nest! I loved how fun and silly they were, I totally felt the love guys! See you again next month!

This is Collin.... he's beyond adorable! If only I weren't married and he were a few years older! I can tell you he's gonna be a heartbreaker one day and with a giggle like his, he'll be sure to steal all the ladies!

Zach, Kaylee, and Hallie are three kids with ALOT of energy! We played a little duck, duck, goose to keep the energy levels high and make sure they were having lots of fun!

John & Holly are getting married in November at the Botantical Gardens! Now how much prettier does it get than that? We set out to the Vineyards for some sweet and sultry pictures... and, ummm.. check! They look adorable!

Ok, how do you seriously get any sexier for a maternity session than this picture above in black & white? This is Raven & Rachel... we went to school together, they are a few years older, but I can seriously remember when they were in high school walking through the hallways holding hands and just admiring them and thinking, "Gosh, they are so sweet! I bet their kids are going to be gorgeous!" And now 10 years later... I'm doing their maternity session!

Alrighty... Stuart & Jordan, these two are too freakin adorable! They don't kiss in public, so when I asked for a smooch-a-roo, Stuart LOVED it! They are two of the most kindest and sweetest people I've met! Jordan seemed a bit quiet and Stuart was goofy and they just compliment each other so well! I look forward to working with them more in the future! :)

Joe and Tiffany came to visit me from Birmingham... I dont know what it is about Joe, but I could not stop calling him John! I kept getting so embarrassed because I kept doing it! lol! SO JOE!!!! Your name has been burnt into my memory forever! However, I had such a wonderful time with them regardless of the extreme heat. They were so much fun I could have kept photographing them for hours!!

Happy 4th of July!!

Ok, I know I haven't posted in a while... I've been getting worse about keeping it updated, but today is a super special day to me and it deserves a blog.

I love the 4th of July... it really means something. This is a day of celebrating something that our country fought for.... we earned it and I am so proud to be part of this country. I can't tell you enough how much I love our military and what they do for us. For a soldier, its not a job... this is a calling, something they were born to do and honestly, there's nothing sexier than a man in army boots. ;)

So do me a favor... if you see someone in uniform, THANK THEM. Don't worry about feeling silly, they love it and appreciate your encouragement.

Thank you so much to all our troops and for everything you do.... thank you military families because you are the backbone that supports our soldiers and keeps them focused.

I hope everyone had a wonderful and safe weekend!

I love each and every wedding I do, but there are some weddings like David and Monica's that just pull my heart a little extra. David and Monica had the most beautiful wedding at the Matthews Manor in Springville, AL. So you may be wondering... what is so special about them? Their kindness, their love and affection for one another, and their joyful spirit towards everyone around them. I have fell in love with their entire family... each of them so happy and sweet!

The wedding was fit for a princess... every aspect was elegant and classy. My favorite part was the 'first look' between David and Monica... I could hear his heart beating out of his chest as she was walking up behind him and then as he turned to see his bride, he screams in excitement! "OMGosh, honey! You look amazing WOW!!!!!" My sister and I were fighting back tears in this super sweet moment. By far the best reaction we've ever seen!

This is Noah... I've been photographing him since he was a tiny baby and now he's 1!

Meet little Madeline! She's got the most hair I've ever seen on a little baby! And her big brother is totally in love with her! Oh... I LOVE mom's hair!!! I so want my hair cut like hers now!

Sonya and Jake are getting married in just a few more weeks! Yippee! :)

And here's little Brock... I did his mommy and daddy's engagement session last fall (well like 2009, I think), then their wedding last Feb... and now, here is their new pride and joy!

So these two are A-freakin-dorable. Like, seriously... I love them. She's gorgeous and he's the nicest guy you'll ever meet! I wish I could photograph them all day... wait, I do get to do that... on Sept 23rd!!! They couldn't be more perfect for each other and I can guarantee everyone who knows them would totally agree! Young love... ahhh... its so sweet! Jake & Sonya will soon be tying the knot. So to capture the love, we ventured out to my favorite summer spot... the vineyard. You will see this location in almost every session from here til August. Its romantic and sweet... especially the sunset. Hopefully the big day won't be as hot! lol! At 7pm, it was still about 90 degrees! Wowza!

Ok... so if you ever see this child on a milk carton, I stole her. I LOVE this little girl. She's so adorable and is sooo funny! It was just last summer I photographed her and she was so shy, as you can see... that has wore out. lol! I really could just squeeze her! :)

Congrats to the newly weds, Carson and Abbey! They had a beautiful wedding last weekend at Val Monte. The weather was PERFECT, however, it was a little sweaty, but thats what comes with a summer wedding. I must say... I loved the Auburn themed wedding and what man wouldn't?? (I know my husband would've went nuts if we did an Auburn theme. Go Abbey!!) Food was provided by one of my favorite caterers, The District Garden Cafe. You'll have to check out Amanda's great food!
Abbey, you ROCKED that dress and we LOVED working with you guys!

Let me also note that I got to meet THE Mary Margaret. If you haven't heard of this little star, you're so missing out! She will be famous one day, so I made sure I got my picture with her. She's also Mrs. Abbey's little niece! So when I first walked into the bridal room and saw MM, I kinda freaked! I had seen several video's of her beforehand and didn't know she lived around here. Picture this.... I walk into the room and say, "OMGosh! Its Mary Margaret!" Her mother and all other family turns and begins to giggle and asks if I know her videos... I'm like, "Umm... YEAH!"
Ok... so now that you are hyped up about MM, go watch her awesome videos. God made a very special young lady.

Seductive Saturday {boudoir marathon} May 2011

Well, our most recent Seductive Saturday was a huge success! I must say as stressful as this was and as much work as was put into getting everything together and setup, I was beyond proud once it was over. I absolutely love doing boudoir photography! This IS my favorite!

Let me explain to you why I love it so....
    Its wonderful to see the clients reaction when they first see their images... I can't even explain to you how much I love to see her face light up and say, "Oh my gosh! Is that really me??" Because she is finally seeing herself as beautiful.
    We, as women, are so overly self conscious about ourselves and overanalyze everything. When we look into the mirror, we see the flaws, the wrinkles, and the 'fat rolls'... but boudoir photography allows you to see the inside. To see yourself as a beautiful woman.... the way we should see ourselves everyday. No, you don't have to be naked or even half naked, you can wear as much as you like... but its about embracing your curves and feeling sexy. Because what woman doesn't want to feel sexy??
    Can you imagine looking back when you are older and being able to say, "Wow! Look at me!" ? I have worked with women young and older... each of them leave feeling accomplished and asking themselves why they waited so long to do this.
    Its a day of being pampered from head to toe! You are surrounded by other women who are feeling the same way and stylists who are totally understanding exactly the look you want! I will be there to coach you through the whole process... I'll help you from posing to what to wear and everything in between!
    Consider the reaction from your husband once you give him this timeless gift! Most likely he will be shocked, speechless, overjoyed, and excited! This is another great way to spice up your love life him and make him drool!

Alabama Tornado... April 27th, 2011

As many of you know, Alabama was hit with devistating tornados on April 27th, 2011. This wasn't one tornado... it was hundreds. Killing 236 in Alabama and 92 in surrounding states. It was said to be the worst tornado disaster since the Great Depression. Many towns and cities were leveled completely killing families, children, and babies.

We take for granted so many things and don't realize how much value they have until they're gone. Over 500,000 were without power for several days. It may have been stressful or inconvienent, but that doesn't compare to the thought of losing EVERYTHING you have and for some... that includes your entire family.

I ask that you watch this video and thank God for your life, your family, your home, and everything else that you are lucky enough to have. If you only knew how much fun I had on this shoot!!! Sarah is beyond beautiful and this girl models H to T (head to toe...from America's Next Top Model). I loooved watching her work her magic! She brought some cool props to add some flavor to the pictures and it works soo well. I love the hat! Then we finished up with my new love location.... the red clovers. UGH! How I love these! :)

Chelsea~ and the wind blows

So I've been so excited to photograph Chelsea... #1, she's beautiful.... #2, the camera loves her.... do I need a #3? No, I don't. Anyone that has dimples like that is a dream to photograph! However, the wind wasn't really up for a photo shoot. lol! We battled it all morning... but in the end, we totally won. :)

Well, I don't normally shoot two seniors at once, but we made an exception for this one. This is two good high school friends... since we're getting in a time crunch for pictures and graduation, they decided to book together. So we had to take advantage of the awesome clovers growing right now and I even forced Garrett to jump in a few flowers.... keeping it manly looking of course. :) Tiffany is absolutely gorgeous in the reds, right???

I haven't had much time to blog here lately. So I figured, I'd just post one image from each session I've had recently. I've had a wedding, newborn, maternity, 3 seniors, 2 engagements, and some sweet kiddos.... that adds up to 9, right??? lol!

Where I started....

So some of my photog friends and I have been talking about our first photos. This made me want to look back and see how far I've come.

The image on the left was taken in December of 2008. This was the year I decided to quit my other job working at a photography studio and plan to make it on my own. Now looking at this photo now... I c...ringe! Its out of focus, tilted waaaay too much, with dark black edges, and no definition in the eyes.

The image on the right is my most recent maternity session. Now, I'm not saying I'm the best by any means, but it makes me so proud to see how much I've grown within my images.

I have people ask me all the time how I got started, if I went to school for it, or how do I know how to do all that?? Honestly... you learn as you go. This is proof. I got started by being determined.... I wanted it and I was GOING to do it. I worked hard, was patient, and in time, I was able to quit all other jobs and begin my career! I didn't grow up wanting to be a photographer, but I feel in love with it like it was always meant to be. You don't have to go to school for it or even have a degree... although it helps to have a little business sense, the creativeness comes from within, not a school. I enjoy taking classes and going to workshops to keep me on my toes and give me an even more drive to do better.

My point in all this is saying... if you have a dream to become something, you CAN do it. Don't ever feel like you're not good enough for it. Push yourself to be better and learn more.

Prom Dress~

We took Kristin's pictures a few weeks ago and I've been dying in excitement to post these images. She's stunning in her prom dress!! I love all the colors and softness of the pictures... and let me note that it was about 50 degrees this day and she still looks awesome!

Brad & Tasha are getting married in less than 2 months! We met up this weekend at the local hot spot for pictures and I must say, the weather couldn't have been more perfect. I told the soon-to-be newlyweds they must've been practicing their posing because they were both so natural in front of the camera. And after mucho work and jumping around like monkeys.... we even got little Miss C to smile for us!

Jordan, her sister, and their mom came to visit with me this past weekend for Jordan's senior session and we drove around in some random places for some gorgeous pictures! Jordan has a smile that is so contageous and so fun that you just can't help but to come out with great pictures. Jordan and her sister are both so beautiful! So we had to get a few of her sister as well... I mean, don't you just love this picture of her??

Well, it seems that lately I just keep getting into all the funny situtaions.... last week I ran over my own step ladder, got a flat tire... and this week while on this photo shoot, I get us completely stuck in a field! haha! I just always look at it as a funny story to tell. lol! Below is a picture I took with the mobile phone to give a nice Tuesday laugh! Thanks to my husband who was there to bail me out... and of course the property owner who brought the tractor out to tow us out of the 'quick sand'!

I really don't know how this couple gets any sweeter! I love photographing young love... David & Monica are getting married in just a few more months and I am so excited! I'm sure I've told you once or twice... or a hundred times, but I love Collinsville, AL. Its so pretty for pictures and everything is very local and close by. We were even lucky enough to catch the train coming by! I don't know if you've ever stood this close to a train coming by, but its pretty scary and very loud! But they were totally up for it and I think the image turned out great!
On a side note... let me meantion that not only did I run over my own step ladder, but I also got a flat tire at this session! lol! Luckily, this all happened at the very end of the session and I got home safely. At least it makes a good story to tell. lol :)

Baby Rogers... Boy or Girl??? {North Alabama Maternity Photographer}

There are sooo many reasons why I looove these session. 1.) they are waiting until delivery to find out if its a boy or girl. 2.) Crystal's dress is stunning on her! Not to meantion the shoes. 3.) The locations are lovely! The green, green grass, stream, woods & then the purple field. 4.) Crystal is so beautiful and the pregnancy totally works for her! 5.) I got to use my new recovered pink chair!
Sooo basicially... I loved this session. ;) Congrats Dustin & Crystal, I cannot wait to find out what he or she is!!

Ronnie & Vanessa {Jacksonville, AL Wedding Photographer}

Ronnie & Vanessa make such a beautiful couple... which obviously in turn, they made beautiful pictures. They were our first wedding of the year and they definitely made an impact! We actually met Vanessa at a wedding from last year... she was a bridesmaid. :) So I was very excited to hear from her... I couldn't get enough of her accent and that gooooorgeous dress!
We had originally planned on doing our pictures at a hotel in Jacksonville, but things came up and it didn't work out... so instead we took them at this location. Its an old mill that has been remodeled into someone's house. The mill still has the huge water wheel thingy (the exact name escapes me at the moment... feel free to help me out. lol) and as well as a stream that runs in front of the house with a cute bridge to cross and a pond to the side. It couldn't have worked out better. :)

Well, it was just a few months ago we did Kristin's 1st round of senior pictures.. you can click here to view them. So we wanted to do something a little different this time and I gotta say she just gets more and more gorgeous. I always have the best time working with her and her mom.
We also did a few BEAUTIFUL pictures of her in her prom dress.... buuuuuut she's forcing me to work on my patience and wait until after prom to debut the stunning pictures. Trust me... you'll wanna check back for those! ;)

The Brothers... {North Alabama Children's Photographer}

The pictures were actually taken last fall, but there was so much going on I never had time to post them. These two kiddos have got to be some of my favorites to photograph. Just look at how much fun they seem to be having together! I don't think they get much cuter. I graduated with their auntie and its always nice to see the whole family each year. :)

The Atlantis Hotel, Bahamas

I don't post too many personal posts, but I was going through some old pictures last night and just had to share these two. These were both taken in September 2007. My husband and I were on our cruise ship coming into Paradise Island, Bahamas. If you ever go to the Bahamas, you HAVE to check out the Atlantis. We had the opportunity to check it out and its breath-taking!
Looking at these pictures just took me back to how much fun we really had and how much I'm dying to go back! lol! Now, aren't you ready for summer??? :)

When I found out that Blake & Haley were pregnant, I was just so excited! It wasn't that long ago, I photographed their engagement session and wedding... now its time for their maternity session and hopefully a newborn session will follow within a few more weeks. I asked Miss Regan in between outfit changes if she's rather have a sister or a brother... her response, "Weeeell, I wanted a sister, buuuuut now I think I need a brother too". Seductive Saturday {boudoir marathon}

So I haven't blogged much lately, the month of January is my down time so I'm usually updating the website, filing taxes (blah! BOO IRS!), and now I'm editing sessions from our recent boudoir marathon.

I know what you're thinking... what the heck is boudoir?? Let me explain...

What is boudoir? (bu-dwar)
    -It’s a French term meaning ‘the bedroom’. These are initimate portraits of you in your lingerie. Each image is tasteful, yet sensual and sexy.

Who should do boudoir photography?
     -I believe each woman is beautiful and we all love to feel that way. This is a day full of pampering and loving your own skin. You may not be the size society believes to be perfect, but confidence in who you are is sexy. If you're wanting to surprise that special man in your life or maybe you just need a confidence boost, this is the perfect answer.

What do you wear?
     -Well, thats up to you. Corsets/babydolls are perfect for any body type.

Sessions come with an amazing hair/makeup stylist, CD including some of your favorite images, beautiful book to give to that sweetheart (or keep for yourself), as well as a keepsake box for the book, snacks, and wine.

Our next marathon will be May 21st & 22nd. Sessions are limited so book fast. Or you can always book a private party with some friends or book a private session within your home.

Goodbye 2010.... Hello 2011!!

I had such a great year... ups and downs came went. This was my first full year doing full time photography and only photography. It was last October that I was finally able to quit my other job and begin doing exactly what I love. So I wanted to show off a few of my favorite images from this year...

In January, we went to Gatlinburg and froze our butts off! We got lots of snow at the cabin and almost got snowed in!

I also purchased a new addition to the family. :)

Chris got me some beautiful flowers for Valentine's Day in Feburary.

In April, a tornado hit our town. This is the view of Hwy 68 right where we live.

For my birthday in May, Chris surprised me and flew us out to visit my cousin, Chad, in Los Angeles. We had the best time! We hiked to the Hollywood sign (which was alot for lazy me. lol), toured in style to see all the celebs homes, met some incredible people, and visited the Desperate Housewives set!! (my favorite)

My big brother got married in June! I played the role as photographer and bridesmaid. Thanks to April and Jessica who assisted me in making that happen. :)

My entire family went to the beach in July, which never happens for our busy lives.

Here's my family plus my new sister-in-law and my sweet little neice, and minus my brother-in-law who had to work.

One of my besties got married in August! Love you, girl! :)

In September, Chris and I celebrated 3 years.

October brought the Boaz Harvest Festival that I have done for the past 3 years. This year I shared with my sister who is a creative-nut! lol! She made everything on the left.

We finally took time to have a portrait session. A real one, instead of just a quick session while I'm doing pictures of someone else. Thanks to my dad for assisting us in this. :)

In December we decorated the house, but this is my favorite part of the house. My little sweetheart laying in the bed. :)

I took time off to enjoy the warmth of the inside, but more importantly... to spend time with my family. We love Sandra Bullock in the Prosopal. lol!

Thank you to all my clients, friends, and family who support me. I had a wonderful year and look forward to what 2011 will have. Bring it on!

Well, I know that I haven't posted in forever. Its been super busy that I haven't had any time post anything. :(
But its finally starting to slow down and give me time to enjoy the Christmas season. :)

There is something about the month of October... this month is always crazy and flys by! As photographers, we spend this month swamped with seniors and families trying to those pictures in time for yearbook deadlines, Christmas cards, & of course the beautiful fall colors! This is my favorite month mainly because I'm a self-proclaimed 'work-aholic'. I love this job so much I forget to turn it off sometimes and make time for myself and my family... which is great when the winter comes because I get a chance to take some time off! Thank you to all my wonderful October clients.... so sorry I didn't get much of a chance to blog individually, but as you can see.... its been crazy!! :)

Monte Santo Wedding {Dustin & Kaela}

From the beautiful orange colors of the flowers, to the breath-taking mountains... this was the perfect scenery for the perfect wedding. The Monte Santo Lodge of Huntsville is where the ceremony and reception was held... it was such a great place for a wedding to be held and of course was the perfect spot for pictures! The sweet love they have for each other really showed by each little detail that was put into this wedding. Congrats guys! :)

I love the name Ella, it sounds so delicate and sweet. Its the perfect name for this little angel. She loves to be held and she loves music. Her big sister Mallie (the dog, of course) has been running the show for quite some time now and has been having a hard time adjusting to the attention being on Ella, but I think she figured out a way to keep the eyes on her. ;)

I had so much fun with this wedding, I couldn't just pick out a few to post! Jerremy & Mary Helen PLUS all their crazy friends and family made the perfect wedding to photograph! I laughed all day and wanted to stay longer!

Mary Helen has the best personality and I have enjoyed so much getting to know her. From the firs...t clent meeting, I was ready for the wedding. She had so much detail and planning into the wedding making sure each aspect was perfect and it showed.

This may be hard to believe, but I am 22 years old and have never seen cotton close enough to pick it. I've always seen the fields and would drive by and think 'that'd be a pretty picture', but never actually saw it up close. I'm so amazed how cotton actually GROWS OUT OF THE GROUND! lol!
Now on to the important part... the Matthews family are some of the sweetest and most honest people you will ever meet. The kids have such big personalities with giggly smiles to match and mom & dad are of course the perfect, gorgeous couple. Most guys hate getting their pictures made so badly and even though Wynn doesn't care for pictures, I could tell he was actually having fun. For the past couple of days I have been visiting at my neighbor's house for some photo shoots in their backyard. I drive past their house all the time and just 'ooo and ahh' over all the beauty they have within their own land. Last week I met up with the Cofield family. They live on this cute little farm with TONS of 'fur babies'! They had chickens, goats, dogs, cats, and several of each one! The day finally came for Hannah + Charlie! They are so sweet and kind and its so obvious how happy they were on their wedding day! Charlie was so sweet... he didn't want to kiss her until it was official! I loved that! I hope you guys had a blast in the Bahamas... I'm so jealous! :(

I love when the bride and groom are okay with seeing each other ahead of time... this makes the rest of the day so much easier and stress-free. You can still have that sweet moment of seeing each other, but just let us capture it perfectly without the crowd. Once the pictures are done, you are ready to spend time with family and friends and just enjoy your day without your guests waiting. (Just remember this is my suggestion, not a requirement.)

A few weeks ago I photographed this sweet little family. We were challenged with rain and humidity, but it still turned out to be a pretty great session. I've shot at this location numberous times before and have never seen a train actually pass by, but today Mr. 9401 was slowly passing by as we were coming towards the tracks... he was nice enough to back up to us and allow us to photograph with the train! So of course we took him up on his offer and well, I guess the pictures speak for themselves! Pretty cool! :)

Excitement with the Bearden's...

Last week I hung out with the Bearden's. While on-location for the railroad pictures, we were visited by a man also walking down the tracks. We pause for him to pass by so we can continue, then we realize he was being followed... by a police car driving on the grass next to the tracks. We then watch him as he walks down the tracks (while he keeps looking over his shoulder watching the police car), then he jumps in the woods and disappears.... police then turn to follow him.

So other than that, we had a great time! lol! I've just recently took pictures for Jackson a couple of weeks ago and learned how much he LOVES getting his pictures made, no seriously. He's a great little model. :) Now his little sister, Sophie, wants to be sure you keep up with her. She's such a doll with that sweet little smile!

Well, I had such a great time in Destin last week and this was one of the families that I met up with on my short little ~~vacation~~ work trip. Zoe is such a little sweetheart! It took her a few mins to get warmed up, but we quickly learned that she loves Dora the Explorer and "Swiper" makes her giggle! :)

Sweet little Jemma! She looks just like her mommy and just like her daddy! I had so much fun playing with her and seeing her beautiful purple/zebra themed room!

Jemma was sweet enough to let me practice newborn pictures with the firefighter theme (I'm hoping my brother is next in the baby department ;) - he's a firefighter with Jemma's daddy). I think Jemma loved the jacket and hat pictures (even though she peed a little on it) lol! Oh well, its waterproof! :)
